Some nutrients/compounds present in almonds like arginine and quercetin might contribute to reserving and using more CHO and enhancing more effective oxygen utilization. Our study suggests that almonds can be incorporated selleck chemicals llc into diets of those who are undertaking exercise training for performance improvement.
